U S A
Had an incredible opportunity to drive across the country from Rhode Island to Portland, OR to start working for Wieden + Kennedy (www.wk.com). I spent about six full days driving, hitting a lot of iconic american spots in an effort to photograph and document some parts of the U.S. that I'd never seen before. I made it to Chicago in my first day of driving, which took about 12 full hours. Following that I hit i-80 west through Iowa, South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, Washington, and finally Oregon. I spent a good amount of time to see the badlands national park in South Dakota, Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, and several other lesser known national parks throughout the area. Every state I passed through became more breathtaking than the last. Not having planned anything made it a lot easier to be flexible and gave me the chance to stop freely for whatever caught my eye. Would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
